What does a freight forwarder's job at DUX Logistics involve?

  • Seeking and maintaining good relationships with clients/carriers
  • Operational support for clients and carriers

We offer:

  • Salary: PLN 4,000-10,000 net, based on clear rules: dependent on your predispositions and the team's performance, plus fixed bonus ranges for achieving the target for the department you're assigned to.
  • On-site work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • All necessary work tools: workstation: laptop with monitor and appropriate software, company phone (and if you like working on a large map, we'll provide one).
  • PZU medical package: we care about your health so you don't have any allergies to anyone on the team.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating international full-truckload shipments (food silos or tanks)
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and establishing transport rates
  • Monitoring order execution and quickly responding to any operational difficulties
  • Close collaboration with the sales and operations departments to optimize the supply chain

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in international forwarding, managing a contract fleet in the food silos or tanks
  • segment Knowledge of the carrier market and the realities of the food silos or tanks industry
  • Ability to make quick decisions and work under time pressure
  • Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication (knowledge of other languages will be an asset)

  • Independently managing the sales process: from initial contact to contract signing
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborating with the operational team to prepare offers and conduct commercial negotiations Monitoring market trends and analyzing customer needs to offer them the best-suited solutions
  • Fostering teamwork, adhering to internal procedures and regulations, and contributing to innovative solutions for client projects.
